Flore de Moscato Strawberry Cake
A celebration of strawberries and Moscato!

1 pint ripe sweet strawberries
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 pound cake
1 bottle Flore de Moscato

Slice the pound cake into ¾ inch slices and sprinkle each slice with 2 tsp Flore de Moscato. Arrange in a serving dish. Whip cream until it starts to thicken and then slowly beat in ⅓ cup Flore de Moscato. Spoon the whipped cream over the cake. Slice the strawberries and toss them in ⅓ cup Flore de Moscato. Arrange on top of the whipped cream. Enjoy the rest of the bottle with the dessert. Try with Moscato Rubino too!
