Flore de Moscato Cocktail

Flore de Moscato Holiday Surprise

  • Flore de Moscato Wine
  • ½ oz Pear Cranberry puree
  • Garnish: fresh rosemary sprig
  • Glass: Coupe

Add Pear Cranberry puree to the bottom of your coupe glass. Top with Flore de Moscato. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Pear Cranberry puree:

  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup fresh pear, peeled and chopped

Cook cranberries and pears in a small saucepan over low heat with the lid on. Stir occasionally. Cook until fruit is extremely soft, about 15-20 minutes. Press fruit through a fine small mesh strainer. Discard solids. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.
